A Thermal Camera for the Most Demanding Applications
The WIRIS Pro Sc is a thermal imaging camera designed for the most demanding applications. An example of its performance in precision agriculture is given below. This orthothermogram is composed of 1500 separate thermograms, each of which were acquired by the WIRIS Pro Sc and composed in Pix4Dmapper software. The orthothermogram maps an area of approximately 5 hectares (50,000m2) and was taken by a drone during two separate flights, with a flight time of 50 minutes, from a height of 70m.

Enhanced land management
Both water and plant management influence the local microclimate. By draining and removing greenery over large expanses, people induce desert climates, especially around cities and fields, which cannot be resolved through the application of purely technical remedies. In this image, one can clearly identify the places from which landscape drought and the consequent loss of vegetation are emanating. We can see that the naked hill on the right above the vineyard, which has been impacted by intense soil erosion, warms its surroundings, and that the effects of this heat reach into the vineyard.
On the other hand, the vegetation to the left of the vineyard has a cooling effect, even in its immediate vicinity, which also penetrates into the vineyard, which covers an area of approximately 2 ha. The picture indicates what remedial action should be taken, and where it will be easiest to start restoring vegetation.
We believe that the Workswell WIRIS Pro Sc enhances land management. With its help, it is possible to localize, visualize and reverse local problems, even when they are considered to be irreversible manifestations of global processes. High Resolution and Thermal Sensitivity
Many airborne applications of thermography have non-standard requirements, such as high temperature measurements. The WIRIS Pro Sc Thermal Camera can therefore measure temperatures of up to 1500 ° C when equipped with an external filter.
Our thermal imaging camera is equipped with an LWIR microbolometric sensor with 640x512 px resolution and Super Resolution Mode functionality, which facilitates the creation of a final thermogram at 1266 x 1010 px resolution. This is the highest thermal still image resolution available on the market for this camera size.
The imager's advanced calibration procedure ensures its accuracy, as well as the standard model's temperature sensitivity of 30mK. A calibration certificate aligned with TUV standards is included in each package.
Each WIRIS Pro Sc is precisely calibrated in our climatic chamber. This doesn’t just ensure the accuracy of the thermal camera as it measures different temperatures – it underwrites precision at a wide variety of operating temperatures. We have achieved absolutely unmatched measurement accuracy in the field of aerial thermography, ti. +-2°C or +-2%.
We know that industrial applications present a serious challenge to metrological endeavors. To ensure the accuracy of our devices in the face of this challenge, we calibrate each of our lenses individually. Our thermal imaging camera WIRIS Pro and also all cameras are individually manufactured and precisely calibrated, and we deliver a final calibration certificate along with each unit.
Compatible with any Platform
Its many interfaces make the Workswell WIRIS Pro Sc a truly versatile system that can be placed on the DJI M600 Pro drone, as well as on the drones of most other manufacturers, not limited to AceCore Zoe, VideoDrone, Flydeo, and Height Technologies.
Picture in Picture Functionality
The innovative picture-in-picture feature allows you to merge a thermal image with an RGB camera image in real-time, even with 10x optical ZOOM.
The WIRIS Pro Sc thermal imaging camera can be purchased with an 18°, 32°, 45° or 69° lens. However, the lenses are user-interchangeable at any time, and the camera can be supplied with additional lenses as accessories. Each lens is calibrated separately.
Video Streaming and Commands via WiFi
RTSP video streaming, image and command transfer through Wi-Fi add to the WIRIS OS functionalities. These features are provided by the RJ 45 Ethernet port.

Thermolab is a software for detailed analysis of thermograms from thermal and infrared cameras, allowing the user to edit the data into different formats and create clear reports from the thermograms. All standard data analysis functions are available in the program (temperature at a point, minimum and maximum of the area, temperature profile, zoom, temperature scale change, color palette, emissivity, etc.) as well as extended functions such as GPS location of the image and the ability to display RGB digital images.
